How long does it take to get the results once I purchase a gene2me kit?
After you purchase and receive a gene2me kit, follow the instructions for the saliva collecting kit and send it to our gene center. Once sent, you can check your results after 4 weeks from the date we receive the kit.

How do I collect saliva using the method? Are there any cautions I should be aware of ?
A detailed guide with instructions on collecting saliva is on the inside of the lid of the gene2me kit. We recommend collecting saliva 30 minutes after any meal (food, gum, beverages, etc.). Time of day is irrelevant. Please avoid smoking or brushing teeth before using the spit kit.

How do I send the saliva to the gene center?
Place your saliva inside the tube found in the saliva-collecting kit, and send it via postal service.

How is my saliva or my DNA managed?
As the contents of the agreement say, your sample and genetic information are strictly managed through a personal information, leak prevention system and will be deleted upon your request.
