Refund Policy Domestic/International Return/Refund/Exchange - You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receipt of saliva kit. - After we receive your returned saliva kit and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will issue a return or refund within a week. - In order to request a return, refund or exchange, please contact gene2me customer service by phone or e-mail. No Return/Refund Policy We will not issue a return or refund in the following cases. - If your kit is lost or damaged due to your negligence. (except damage of delivery envelops) - If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed. - If our laboratory had begun processing your saliva sample prior to your request for refund. - If we do not receive your saliva collection kit in its original condition within 30 days of your request for refund. Return/Refund Procedures - Any refund provided under this policy will be issued to the same credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 30 business days. (Only if your order is eligible for a return or refund.) - After we receive your returned saliva kit and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will issue a return or refund within a week. - International orders paid for in US dollars are refunded at the exchange rate for USD effective at the time of the refund request.
